Founding History
Our story began in 1979, when three brothers decided to start a small bakery in Anjar, Lebanon, called Salam Bakery. From humble beginnings, we grew and expanded our operations, opening new branches in different locations, and changing our name to Chamsine to reflect our evolution and success.
